Dualling of A21 at Pembury Walks. If we manage to convince them to go for option 2 we could open up an brilliant ride for members in pembury and surrounding ares. Liz Akenhead puts in a lot of her time trying to secure off road and safe rides for us We need as many riders as possible to attend the
Inquiry on the opening day (ideally wearing riding jods so that the
inspector can see that they are horse riders). They won't need to
speak, just to sign in and sit there for a little while. The Inquiry
will probably go on for days or indeed weeks. The MDRA support Liz and will be sending in a letter. The date for this is 13th July at the Ramada Jarvis Pembury 10.00am |

A couple of weeks ago the hook and eye catch was stolen from the bridlegate leading from Knowle Road ( The Clays),so the gate is now closed with a loop of twine.We are sorry if this is awkward for riders, but not having much luck finding a new one. Also it has been brought to our attention that some members were riding this permissive ride with out tabards and also riding on the Haycrop. Can you please make sure you wear your tabards and abide by the rules, on all the permissive rides, we dont want to lose them. |

New Ride opening for MDRA Members only at Cinder Hill, Matfield. Open day 12th June 2010 10am-2pm all sorts of activitys going on. We are sorry to inform you that Mr Ovary has withdrawn the ride at Pixot Hill. This is very unfortunate as our main aim is to promote off road riding and we are always trying to secure more rides, please contact us if you know of any landowners who would be willing to let us have a permissive ride.
